Kerry was wonderful and professional to work with and had good design ideas for the unique space. She worked hard to find the right doors, cabinets, lighting fixtures etc,  in keeping with the feel of the home remodel. She was prompt and always made herself available!  She was attentive to detail and was able to work well with everyone. She had good ideas and lots of patience! I think I gained a friend in the process which is nice to say at the end of a long project!

Our newly purchased "second" home became our main residence and needed some updating.  Kerry came to the home and listened carefully to my concerns, requests, and ideas. We were on somewhat of a limited  budget and the house presented challenges with differing floor height and three different hardwoods.  We wanted the existing glassed in fiberglass shower converted to a tiled curbless shower.  She presented several options for selection in products to be purchased  in curtains, carpet, and tiles and bathroom hardware.    Everything she did was done keeping in mind, costs, practical application & appearance.    She made sure all selections were to my liking and was a great communicator whether  via phone or email.  The contractor she used for the  master bath renovation was the best we've known of from both  our own prior experiences and that of friends.  I highly recommend Quincy Home.

Kerry  and Quincy Home provide great ideas and suggestions while being conscientious of time line and budget.  The Packwood remodel was not intended to be so extensive as to require all new kitchen cabinetry, but given the unexpected need, Kerry came up with options that were financially reasonable with the same great aesthetic used throughout the cabin.

Kerry assisted us in the design and remodeling of a house that had great bones and location, but that did not align well with our style or needs. She was awesome! She was very quick to understand our objectives and was instrumental in helping us to select nearly every design element in the house, including flooring, rugs, countertops, tile, window treatments, paint colors, fixtures and furniture. She has excellent project management skills and a deep network of suppliers and subcontractors. She is a collaborative designer - not the kind who tries to impose her ideas on you - any time we needed to select something, she’d do the legwork to sort down to a handful of reasonable choices then we’d pick. She saved us countless hours. She was mindful of budget and did not push crazy expensive stuff on us. With her advance work we selected furniture for the whole house in 2 hours flat - including fabrics. She also worked extremely well with the contractor and was able to handle decisions on many of the inevitable things that come up in a remodel with a quick phone call or an executive decision. Kerry earned our complete trust on this project. Not only does she have great design skills, but she also is detail-oriented, thorough, punctual and follows through on her commitments. Our house looks awesome and works great because of Kerry!

Because I have MS and require adaptation to my living space I have relied on Kerry Upton to manage my interior design. Her suggestions and management of our remodel included wide doors and hallways throughout our home, attention to special needs in the shower and for the sink, and floors which extend onto our deck that accommodate my wheelchair.  She designed a closet that I can access with my wheelchair. She designed a special nook with a full length mirror that stores my chair. The kitchen allows me to move around it easily. The end result is stunning.

I don't usually write reviews, but I really felt like I needed to for how much help Kerry provided when we purchased our house. I was a bit overwhelmed when I started looking for interior designers and when I talked with Kerry she made it a point that she understood where my wife and I were coming from and we were looking for someone who would be able to take their time to understand what our needs were. She did just that.

We were trying to furnish and create a look for our living room and basement. Kerry was professional, on-time for every meeting, and was not in a rush to have us looking for items unless we were ready. As I said above we are new to this whole process and we wanted her to help us make decisions that would be based on our chosen style, and budget. I'd recommend Kerry to anyone who needs help in making a room come alive with color and style.
